Welcome to Haad rin!
Just imagine this: During the day, you're sunbathing or playing volleyball. And at night, you grab your favorite shirt or dress,
and head for the bars down the beach. And if you've timed it right, full moon party is just around the corner! ;-)
Where: Had Rin is located east of Thongsala and at the southern tip of Koh Phangan.
If you're in Thongsala, take a Songthaew (100-150 B per person if full Songthaew).
Accommodation in Hadrin
Loads of bungalows/resorts fill the streets in Hadrin!
You can find budget options, but they fill up quickly. Many backpackers and tourists travel to
Koh Pha Ngan to join the full moon party in Haad Rin! ;-)
PS! Sunrise beach (Haad Rin Nok) is where the moon parties are held!
So, if you want to party on full moon and stay in Had Rin, I suggest
you book accommodation early.
The backpacker accommodations in Haad Rin are fully booked a couple of days
before Full Moon and at full moon night! Don't expect to find accommodation in the middle of full moon...
Seaside
Price per night: 300-500 B
If you want a more secluded place in Haad Rin, try Seaside. Very nice huts with large bathrooms and the huts
are surrounded by a lovely garden. It's a 10 minutes walk from Had Rin town.

Coral Bungalows
Price per night: 300-1000 B
It's a lively and popular place because of their parties and facilities. Like pool parties 3 nights a month, buffet parties, Thai massage,
bike/jet ski rentals, fitness gym, swimming pool and a short walk to the Boxing Stadium.
They also have a beachfront restaurant/bar, internet access, travel agency and
a movie lounge which is always packed.
Their restaurant serves Thai, Italian, Mexican and Western food!

Leela Beach Bungalows
Price per night: 300-600 B
You get nice, solid wooden bungalows with large bathroom and mosquito nets. They have a restaurant and a bar packed with backpackers
at nights. Choose between Jungle side, Beachside or Big Rock bungalows!
It's rather OK, but has received security complaints.

Dancing Elephant
