Enter Northeast Cambodia from Southern Laos, and continue to Thailand (Koh Chang).
This route is ideal for travelers who want to explore as much possible of Cambodia.

If you're coming from Southern Laos and heading for Thailand (Bangkok), travel via Northeastern Cambodia:
Time: 10 days
Stung Treng (stopover)
Phnom Penh
Siem Reap
Battambang
Poipet/Aranya Prathet border
Bangkok
If you're heading for Vietnam, there are several bus departures to Saigon from Phnom Penh or Sihanoukville. Ths bus stops at the border crossing
of Moc Bai.
If you're already in the south, you can cross near Kep at Ha Tien crossing. This crossing is ideal if you want to visit Phu Quoc island
in Vietnam. From here, it's also easy access to Mekong Delta, and then onto Saigon.
